American Idol reject Sanjaya Malakar got a gig singing at Pagliacci Pizza on Broadway – for just one night!

He came in with a group of friend on Monday’s stand-up night. Everyone was looking at him trying to figure out who he was until the great reveal. A worker called over the loud speaker, “Sanjaya, your pizza is ready!”

Sanjaya was coaxed onto the stage where he sang an acapella version of a song no one had every heard of!

But good news! He got a job out of it! Malakar is now an employee of Pagliacci’s Pizza, but the corporation will not reveal which store because they fear a mob scene.
