Julianne Hough better hold on to her boyfriend because he just dropped $37 MILLION on a new house!
Ryan Seacrest is closing a deal this week to purchase Ellen DeGeneres‘ 3-acre Beverly Hills home compound for the whopping sum.
The property includes a 9-bedroom, 9,200-square-foot house with two guesthouses and a separate three-bedroom house, plus a pool and pond!
That’s A LOT of room for one guy. Maybe Seacrest plans on popping out some babies soon. Instead of their own room, they can have their own house! LOL!
Ellen created the massive homestead by combining four separate properties that she bought over the years. She originally tried to sell it off for $60 million in 2011, so the American Idol host got himself a solid discount!
When’s the housewarming party and can we bring a plus one? Ha!
