Shannen Doherty Lands Settlement In $15 Million Lawsuit Against Former Business Management Over Health Insurance

A year after filing a lawsuit against her former business manager, Shannen Doherty can claim a small victory.
On Monday, TMZ revealed both parties were finally able to reach a settlement in the $15 million legal battle, where the actress claimed her ex management firm was negligent with her health insurance leading to her late breast cancer diagnosis.

As we previously reported, the Charmed star went as far to say in the legal docs against Tanner, Mainstain, Glynn & Johnson that if she were still covered by insurance, her cancer could have been caught earlier OR even prevented!!
They reached the settlement at the end of last week, and it’s being reported her former management’s lawyers were ready to depose the celebrity again in order to find out “how sick she really was.”
So so sad.
Although she hasn’t spoken out about the lawsuit news, she did share a happier clip to Instagram on Monday:

Shannen’s settlement amount remains confidential, but hopefully with this suit over it’s one less thing for her to stress about amid her treatment.
