Turns out, Sia is a mom — but she’d rather tell you about her no-strings sex agreement with Diplo!
In an interview with GQ published on Monday, the Chandelier singer nonchalantly revealed that she recently adopted a son.
The quote actually came in a profile on Diplo, who was apparently asked by Sia to take their relationship from work buddies to f**k buddies due to her current single mom-ness, and his eternal hotness.

She told the publication over the phone:
“Much of our relationship is just being spent trying not to have sex so that we wouldn’t ruin our business relationship, because he’s super-duper hot… This year I wrote him a text, and I said, ‘Hey, listen, you’re like one of five people that I’m sexually attracted to, and now that I’ve decided to be single for the rest of my life and I just adopted a son, I don’t have time for a relationship…. If you’re interested in some no-strings sex, then hit me up’.”
Wow, success on all fronts! Get it!
The Grammy nominee went on to call the 41-year-old DJ “the sweetest thing in the world,” yet “one of the most insecure boys I’ve ever met.” She explained:
“He doesn’t think that he’s good enough at anything. He has crazy low self-esteem. It’s so interesting, because he’s one of the most talented and attractive people in the world. But he doesn’t know it.”
While Sia shared many wonderful words about her collaborator, she remained tight-lipped in regards to the apparent human child she adopted. But the 44-year-old has been publicly vocal about her desire to adopt in the past.

After watching the HBO docu-series Foster in May of last year, Sia straight up tweeted an offer to adopt one of the teens featured in the show, writing in a since-deleted post:
“Hey dasani from “FOSTER” on @HBO! I’d like to adopt you we’re just trying to find you and get my house check done etc. but I want you to know you will have a home with me.”
It’s unclear if Dasani was the son Sia ended up adopting, or if artist ever made contact with the then-16-year-old in the first place.
Either way, we’re wishing the songbird a lifetime of happiness with her new son — and plenty of great sex with Diplo along the way!
