The cat’s out of the royal bag — maybe.
According to sources close to the palace, Sophie Cranston is the designer behind Kate Middleton‘s wedding dress.
If you’re scratching you’re head and asking ‘who?’, it’s OK.
The 34 year old, has an impressive resume for being relatively unknown. After graduating from design school in 1999, Sophie went on to work under Alexander McQueen, which lead her to go into business with Alice Temperley to create the Temperley label in 2000.
Not long after that, Cranston founded her own label in 2002 called Libélula.
Obviously a St. James’s Palace spokesperson wouldn’t confirm the rumor du jour, so this is all just speculation for now.
