'Star Wars Kid': All Grown Up And Speaking Out Against Bullying!

Ghyslain Raza never meant for anyone to see the tests he was making for a Star Wars video.
But these things have a way of getting around, and even before YouTube existed, the “Star Wars Kid” video had been seen by millions.
And in a group that big, there are always going to be some haters. But Ghyslain says he experienced far worse than trolling. It was dangerous! He says:

“What I saw was mean. It was violent. People were telling me to commit suicide.”

Oh, come on! That’s disgusting!
Of course people laugh- it’s a funny video! Ghyslain and his buddies were working on a parody! And it seems like they were onto something hilarious!
But the kind of bullying that followed was just evil! Ghyslain says:

“In the common room, students climbed onto tabletops to insult me…
No matter how hard I tried to ignore people telling me to commit suicide, I couldn├óΓé¼Γäót help but feel worthless, like my life wasn├óΓé¼Γäót worth living.”

And now the 25-year-old Star Wars MAN wants to let other kids being bullied out there know that it gets better. He says:

“You├óΓé¼Γäóll survive. You├óΓé¼Γäóll get through it. And you├óΓé¼Γäóre not alone. You are surrounded by people who love you.”

We couldn’t have said it better! Bravo, sir!
