After meeting an American Idol contestant’s father (who happens to be a St. Louis Cardinals pitcher), Steven Tyler made a silly mistake!!
After asking Steven how Beantown was, Steven replied, “GREAT. BEAUTIFUL. HOT, HUMID, AND HAPPENIN!”
But then he went on to say, “just like your daughter!” LOL!!! Oh, by the way, his daughter is FIFTEEN!! Ha! Oops!! Naturally, the father was a bit shocked… as was everyone else in the room. But it was more awkward than anything.
We would never condone a grown man hitting on a fifteen year old girl. But to be fair, Steven really wasn’t hitting on Shannon Magrane.
He was trying to compliment the man’s daughter by saying she was “hot, humid, and happenin” in the competition. Still.. the fact that “humid” was in there too made it even more embarrassing, we’re sure!
Steven is alll about new fiance Erin Brady anyways!! No pedophilia to worry about there!!
Still!! Soo awkward!!! But hey, shiz happens… just next time, it’d probably be best to think before ya talk Steven!!! LOL!!
