Tom Sizemore Sued By Woman Who Claims He Sexually Assaulted Her When She Was 11 Years Old

A lawsuit has been filed against Tom Sizemore for allegedly sexually assaulting a young girl on the set of a 2003 film.
According to TMZ, Kiersten Pyke claims that the Black Hawk Down actor inappropriately touched her when she was an 11-year-old child actress while the two were working on the movie Born Killers.
The suit alleges that Sizemore touched the young actress underneath her underwear during a scene and placed his finger in her genitalia. She claims this happened in front of about 20 people, including her mother.

Puke says she suffered irreparable damage as a result of the alleged incident — including mental, psychological, and emotional problems, as well as substance addictions and PTSD.
Last year, it was reported that Sizemore was removed from the production at the time the allegation initially surfaced. The actor vehemently denied the molestation claims, arguing that he was ultimately brought back to finish the movie while his accuser was the one who ended up getting fired.
Pyke, now 26 years old, is seeking at least $3 million in damages.
