Season 7 of The Walking Dead has gifted us with the show’s biggest villain and is teasing an impending war — but now we have even more sh*t to worry about!

The TWD veteran will play a lieutenant commander aboard the ship Discovery, and will anchor Star Trek: Discovery for the duration of its 13-episode debut season — which premieres on CBS in May 2017 before warping to CBS All Access.
Unfortunately, this new role doesn’t bode well for a certain Alexandria survivor…
So, which cast member’s new role will jeopardize her future on TWD??
Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green)!!!!
no title
This is a HUGE deal for the 31-year-old, as the casting of an African American actress commanding the ship reflects the new Star Trek‘s promise to feature the franchise’s most diverse cast of characters yet.
However, Martin-Green’s new gig is causing some nervous speculation to her character’s fate on TWD.

Sasha has been a key player in the series since she and her brother Tyreese (Chad L. Coleman) first appeared in Season 3. Since then, Sasha has not only dealt with the death of her brother, but has also lost TWO boyfriends at the hands of the zombie apocalypse.
But not to worry, Sasha fans — EW reports Martin-Green will stay on as a TWD regular despite her Star Trek role.
Plus, with all the intersecting storylines, it wouldn’t be difficult to sideline Sasha for a season or two while she boldly goes where no survivor has gone before!
Or they’re lying to protect the spoiler.
Do YOU think Sasha will soon meet her end on The Walking Dead?
