On Wednesday, the first ever American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, was spotted in Hong Kong meeting fans and promoting her music.

The singer, who’s been known to fluctuate in weight, was looking rather, uhmmm…healthy!

Maybe she shouldn’t have posed next to her overly Photoshoped album cover?

Just sayin’!
