Ladies and gentlemen, meet the next Dina Lohan!

Mothers are supposed to want all the best in life for their daughters. They should want them to grow up to be strong, independent world leaders or doctors or hell, even just good mothers like themselves. Women who will make the world a better place with generosity and drive. Instead of these things, Courtney Stodden's "momager" wants her kid to be a "star." No, not like Angelina Jolie or Reese Witherspoon.

Like freakin' Anna Nicole Smith!

Krista Keller is stepping forward to the press (shocking!) to explain her standpoint on her daughter's rash life decision to marry at 16 and what she hopes for Courtney in the future. As for her daughter's premature marriage to Doug Hutchinson, Krista says:

Before Anna Nicole Smith died in 2007, she was locked in a complicated legal battle over money supposedly left (or not left) to her by her late husband's estate.

Her husband had died in the first year of marriage and his will made no mention of her. Upset by this, Anna took the estate to court saying that her late husband had promised her $300 million dollars to be left to her in the event that he should pass away.

Legal messes surround Anna Nicole's estate are still on-going, but one is seemingly coming to a close.

The one that's drawing towards an end is Howard K. Stern's insistence that he should be given the title to the home that Dannielynn Smith and Larry Birkhead currently live in, as executor of Smith's estate!

And it has now been granted by the judge.

It's unknown as to what will happen to the home, if he'll immediately sell it or work out some kind of understanding with Anna's daughter and biological father, but there has been no objections to Howard's petition.

If anything, everybody should be looking out for Dannielnn and making sure she'll be okay before any decisions are made!

So if you weren't aware, there is an opera going on right now in London based on Anna Nicole Smith's life!

Apparently, how she's being portrayed is not sitting well with the rest of Anna Nicole's estate, and they're taking legal action against the show.

How are they portraying her? With a very large woman with huge ta-tas who kinda looks like her!

The producers of it didn't even get permission from them to go ahead with it!

Sounds like the do have some grounds, but we haven't seen the show so we can't vouch personally for the portrayal and whether or not it's as offensive as they claim.

So much for justice.

This morning, a judge ruled that Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer and boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, will not face any conviction in the case, ruling there was no evidence proving Howard intended to break the law by using false names to obtain drug prescriptions for Anna.

Continuing his mercy, the judge also dismissed all but one conviction against Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, Anna's doctor, who was also said to have a hand in her death. That conviction was reduced to misdemeanor. She'll now be fined $100 and ordered her to serve a short time on probation.

Ugh. How frustrating to see after all is said and done, these two people will walk away scotch-free from any real punishment. For shame.

Looks like things are about to get real for Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich!

Yesterday, we reported that the lawyers of the guilty parties in the Anna Nicole Smith drug trial are trying to get their clients' convictions dismissed, or at least lowered to misdemeanors.

Stern and Eroshevich have arrived at court for their sentencing, so we should learn more very soon.

As we said before, we REALLY hope that justice is served today!

Back in October, we reported that Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer/boyfriend Howard K. Stern and her psychiatrist Dr. Khristine Eroshevich were found guilty with conspiring to enable Smith's drug addiction.

Now, lawyers for Stern and Eroshevich are trying to get their clients' convictions dismissed, or at least lowered to misdemeanors.

If they're unable to change Superior Court Judge Robert Perry's mind, the two could get as much as three years and eight months in jail.

When we first heard about the guilty verdict, we were happy to hear that justice is finally being served.

We'll be VERY disappointed if we learn otherwise.

Who knew that one woman could do so much damage??

According to newly-leaked U.S. government reports that have been released by WikiLeaks, Anna Nicole Smith wreaked so much havoc in the Bahamas, she may have brought down a string of government officials, causing the government to topple.

In one of the documents written in 2006, Deputy Chief of Mission D. Brent Hardt wrote, "Not since Category 4 Hurricane Betsy made landfall in 1965 has one woman done as much damage in Nassau."

The cables show that Smith applied for legal residency in the Bahamas in 2006, a process which can take several years, but was granted residency just one month later. Minister of Immigration, Shane Gibson was accused of giving her special treatment as well as receiving lavish gifts from Smith, such as a $10,000 check and a $25,000 watch. When pictures of him embracing Smith in her bed were published, he resigned in February 2007.

Several local hospital and coroner's office workers were fired when they were accused of mishandling the death of Smith's son, Daniel, with some alleging that there was a cover-up involved.

Deputy Chief Hardt added:

"Lying in disarray in her wake are Doctor's Hospital, the Coroner's Court, the Department of Immigration, local mega-lawyers Callenders and Co., formerly popular Minister of Immigration Shane Gibson, and possibly Prime Minister Christie's PLP government."

That truly is unbelievable.
