Calum McSwiggan is adamant that he's not faking his alleged attack.
"I went to the police and now apparently I'm a criminal."
However, the police have revealed that they have video

New parents need their date nights, too, or in this case, double dates!
We can only imagine what they dished about over their low-key dinner!
Though considering they have babies around the same age, these couples easily could have been exchanging parenting tips or even their best stories! Really, the possibilities are endless!
Regardless, we're glad Mila, Ashton, Zoe, and Marco are letting themselves have a night out — and maybe it won't be long before baby Wyatt is chilling with the Guardians Of The Galaxy's twins, Cy and Bowie!

Jennifer Lawrence is America's sweetheart — so she should have no problem dating, right?? Wrong.
"No one ever asks me out. I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me. I know where it's coming from, I know they're trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings. I'm just a girl who wants you to be nice to me. I am straight as an arrow. I feel like I need to meet a guy, with all due respect, who has been living in Baghdad for five years who has no idea who I am."
Poor thing! Still, it probably isn't easy dating after falling victim to the 2014 celebrity photo hack.
Hold the phone — is that Wyatt??
Kutcher and Kunis notoriously keep their little one out of the spotlight — but may be making an exception this time for a good cause.
In the photo, the unidentified tot faces away from the camera as she points up to the sky. Red sand fills the cracks in the sidewalk and the caption reads:
"39 million people have fallen through the cracks into modern day slavery #redsandproject."
The Red Sand Project is a campaign by artist Molly Gochman focused on raising awareness of human trafficking and modern day slavery.
What a great cause!
Could baby Wyatt be joining her parents as advocates of social justice?? Start 'em early!
Don't mess with this momma!
Ashton Kutcher's wife joked:
"I think if she killed someone, I'd literally be like, 'I got it, where do you want me to help bury the body?' Like, I wouldn't even question it and I can't say that about anybody else in my life."
LOLz. Well, we think she was joking anyway…
The 32-year-old actress also gushed about how motherhood has transformed her entire life:
"Everything is different, from the fact that you're so happy when you get six hours of sleep to the idea of being responsible for this incredible, living breathing little human being that you can't believe is yours."
So does that mean we are going to see more little KuKu's running around anytime soon??
'Tis the season… for lederhosen!
Days after celebrating their baby girl Wyatt's first birthday, the former That '70s Show co-stars were spotted celebrating German Unity Day rocking traditional Bavarian garb and chowing down on some Currywurst.
They both dressed the part in matching outfits — suspenders and tube socks galore!

Who did the better job of playing Jobs?
Although Michael Fassbender's newest flick Steve Jobs has yet to hit theatres, it has already received glowing reviews from critics alike.
In fact, many publications are praising the 38-year-old for his depiction of the technology icon.
While the Danny Boyle-directed film is looking like a surefire hit, it wasn't the first movie in recent years to portray the Apple CEO.
On Sunday, at the New York Film Festival, Fassbender couldn't help but take a jab at the Two and a Half Men star's flop!
When asked how he prepared for the role, the German-Irish hunk sarcastically responded:
"I studied Ashton Kutcher."
Regardless of who played the computer legend better, there is one thing we can all agree on…
Michael and Ashton are two very foxy men!

Happy Birthday, Wyatt Isabelle!!
The former That '70s Show co-stars have made it a point to keep baby Wyatt out of the spotlight, and understandably so! The only glimpse we've gotten of the little bundle of joy was when poppa Ashton shared six random pictures of babies — presumably one to be theirs — on his website with the caption:
"May your life be filled with wonder, love, laughter, health, happiness, curiosity and privacy. Can you guess which one is ours, or does it really matter? All babies are cute."
So how is the couple adjusting to being parents? A source revealed:
