Literally!!!

Vladimir Doronin clearly isn't losing any sleep over his recent split from his longtime girlfriend Naomi Campbell because he's already replaced her! With a younger look-a-like!

Ouch!

The billionaire was spotted on his yacht in Miami on Tuesday with runway model Georgie Badiel, who could easily be mistaken as Naomi's little sister.

The two were lounging around, chatting and using their cell phones, but there wasn't any canoodling — at least ABOVE deck — so maybe it's not that serious after all.

Not that Naomi cares anyway. She's too busy with The Face and being fabulous in Vogue.

Wow, Vogue Brazil got ahold of Naomi Campbell and it did NOT want to let go!

After putting a blonde Naomi on the May cover AND inside in a seksi spread, the peeps at the mag had the supermodel pick out some of her finest wigs for ANOTHER spread!

The 42-year-old looks ultra mod in a variety of wigs, including a pixie and bob, while wearing little a few seksi bra tops and one sinfully hot sheer dress.

And in some cases, only strategically crossed arms and high-wattage jewels keep her from baring it all.

Can't we just have an entire magazine dedicated to Naomi?

She is EPIC!

We can't imagine WHY Vlad Doronin would ever let her get away!

More deets are coming out about Naomi Campbell’s split from billionaire boyfriend Vladimir Doronin and apparently it was a long time coming!

According to a source couple, they've been constantly fighting for the last "six to nine months" and sleeping in separate bedrooms for a few weeks.

The source revealed:

"Naomi likes to live by her own rules, stay out late, be a free spirit, while Vlad is more regimented. He is up early, works hard, does yoga and is super healthy. I think he loves being around the celebrities. He loves going to the parties. But he still doesn’t do the drugs or the drinking."

However, like many high profile couples, the two have broken up and gotten back together so many times in the past, the flames are bound to be rekindled.

All signs are apparently pointing to yes between Naomi Campbell and her billionaire boyfriend Vladimir Doronin.

Even though the pair have had a pretty steady relationship since 2008, sources are saying they've "been taking a break" while Naomi is busy with The Face.

We don't know how she does it, but she just sets the bar higher every single time!
