The two recently teamed up in Kelly's hometown of Chicago, while Mz. Carey was in town for Idol auditions, to lay down their vocals on Thursday!

Back when Concerts Cruise LLC hired R. Kelly to rock the boat, he agreed to headline two shows on their five-day Love Letter voyage for a specific fee.
But now he's suddenly QUIT!!
His rep says he won't be crooning from Miami to the Caribbean because the cruise never paid him, saying:
Ya learn something new every day!
R. Kelly is blaming The Notebook for his 2009 divorce.
In his memoir, Soulacoaster, The Diary of Me, R. Kelly recalls seeing the film in tears, realizing his marriage could never compare to the love shared between Noah & Allie:
