Just hours before the attendees of the 2012 White House Correspondents’ Dinner gathered, actress Reese Witherspoon and famous friend Kate Hudson made some other pre-dinner plans!

Reese and her hubby Jim Toth took on Georgetown, Virginia Friday night, where they had a double date with Kate Hudson and her fiancé Matt Bellamy!

The mommy-to-be was positively glowing on the red carpet in a black Monique Lhuillier gown that showed off her little bun in the oven.

Reese finished off her politically pregnant ensemble with beautiful emerald and turquoise earrings and a glamorous Old Hollywood hairstyle.

And she looks FABULOUS!

Yes, the mother of two is FINALLY showing off that burgeoning baby bump of hers. And it couldn't be more adorable.

The actress was spotted leaving an office building in El Lay on Tuesday wearing a body-hugging gray dress.

For weeks, she's been seen covering up with baggy clothes or hiding behind a big purse, but we're so glad she's finally showing the world that she's expecting!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. This baby is going to be absolutely beautiful, just like her other two children.

The 2012 Cannes Film Festival will be running from May 16th to the 27th this year, and given its recently announced line-up of cinematic contenders, we'd guess that this is going to be one HELLUVA year - in regards to both FILM and STAR POWER present!
