Avril Lavigne was spotted at a beach in Saint Tropez on Sunday looking like a Hot Topic reject.

We mean, seriously, that trucker hat? The graffiti on the hat? That top? Those earrings?

Everything just seems off.

Then again, it is Avril.

At least she's still wearing her wedding ring!

Sounds awful!

April Lavigne dropped some deets about her new album, which promises to be the antithesis of the usual pop punk princess.

That's the very brief good news!

"A lot of the songs are mainly the acoustic and my vocal," says Lavigne of the untitled album. "It's a lot different from anything I've done before. It's not a pop rock record. This is more about emotion and feeling."

What does she know about emotion and feeling?!

If it were about pAArtying, then she could write a thesis on it!

Lavigne's troll-like husband, Sum 41 douche Deryck Whibley, produced eight of the 12 tracks on the album and most of the songs Avril wrote herself.

BIG mistake!

She continues, "The first song that I recorded for this record. A lot of people like it. It's kind of like a lullaby."

We're sure it's nothing new!

April is always a snoozefest!

We couldn't be more proud!

Multi-platinum pop songstress Katy Perry just nabbed another number one hit with her latest single, Waking Up In Vegas, her third number one Top 40 song from her debut album, One of the Boys.

There have only been three other artists in the history of the Billboard charts to achieve this honor, which include Ace of Base, Avril Lavigne and Lady Gaga.

Avril Lavigne was a hardcore hot mess at the VIP Room club in Saint Tropez, France on Friday morn.

Funny, when Lindsay Lohan does "hot mess," it seems so scandalous. When Avril does it, it just looks kind of lame.

Is Avril Lavigne an alcoholic? Is her marriage falling apart?

Is she just a total douche?

Seems that way!

According to the NY Daily News, April was spotted partying hard this past weekend in a Los Angeles nightclub with her troll of a husband, former Sum 42 rocker Deryck Whibley.

However, it seems she was more interested in pAArtying that than being with her "husband."

A source claims Avril “kept downing vodka drinks, to the point where she was obliterated. She ended up fighting with her husband before ignoring him completely.”

How sad.

The source adds, “­Avril talked to everyone else. When he was ready to leave, she downed two more shots of vodka before walking out the door. What a child!”

Wonder how long it'll be before they file for divorce?

Seriously, why does Avril Lavigne insist on dressing like she's just 12-years-old? Her little girl emo-style is getting a bit tired.

Does it help her with getting guys? Is that it?

The "happily married" April has recently been spotted partying with sleazy Brandon Davis and pineapple billionaire Justin Murdock. It's sparked many rumors that her marriage to "rocker" Deryck Whibley is either an open one or seriously on the rocks.

And just last night, Tuesday, Asstastic April was spotted dressed like that out and about in London.

She's 24 years old!

Lavigne and her friends were spotted at the Boujis nightclub arriving around midnight. They stayed for an hour and then headed off to Whiske Mist for another hour.

Not stopping the pAArty, April and crew then headed to Bungalow 8 nightclub and finally left around 4 in the morning.

And of course, there was no hubby Deryck in sight. Though there was that guy in the photos holding Avril.

We're just sayin'!
