It appears that not much has changed with Avril Lavignein the past decade or so.
The Canadian songstress is matching her unevolved song, Here's to Never Growing Up, with an equally unexciting look on the set of the new single's music video.
Avril walked onto the set with her signature charcoal-lined in fishnets and a ripped tulle dress. YAWN.
We're all for keeping a youthful spirit, but there is NOTHING wrong with updating her image just a little over the course of 11 YEARS, especially since she is in the public eye.
On the plus side, it looks like she hasn't aged a day!! Tell us your skin secrets! LOLz.
AWWW! It looks like love is definitely in the air!
Rockers Avril Lavigne and her hubby Chad Kroeger looked adorbz as they kept each other warm while walking hand-in-hand on a chilly, LA night!
Ch-ch-check out the cute canadian couple (above)!
With the Junos just around the corner, it's good to see the two enjoying a little down time before they head up north to compete with their fellow countrymen.
Nickelback is up for the Fan Choice Award, but luckily Chad isn't up against his wifey or else the couple might not be as lovey dovey as they are here! LOLz!
Spunky punky poptart Avril Lavigne has JUST released her long awaited single, Here's To Never Growing Up!
Perk up your ears for Avril's youth-centric anthem (above).
We had such high hopes for this tune when we heard the teaser…
But after taking a good long listen, we can't help but feel Here's To Never Growing Up sounds VERY reminiscent of Avril's old material, does not showcase her vocals in a very positive light, AND includes cliché lyrics that seem to lack any passion or real meaning.
But hey, the track's easy to sing along to, it IS kinda catchy, and could totally be a fun, background compliment to any Summer drive… so at least there's that, LOLz!
Never Growing Up must mean being as nude as the day you were born…
Because on the JUST RELEASED cover art for Avril Lavigne's long awaited upcoming new single, the Canadian punk pop princess sits cradling a teddy bear while BARE ASS NAKED (above)!
We bet Avril's future hubbyChad Kroeger approves her none-clothed, musical message! LOLzzz.
Very intrigued to see if the rest of the "art" on Avril's new album will be as sexually charged as the cover for Here's To Never Growing Up!
Since 2011's Goodbye Lullabye, the world's been double desperate for fresh content from Avril Lavigne… but she's been totes busy shacking up Canadian-style with Chad Kroeger!!
Just when we thought the Wish You Were Here pop/punk rocker was quitting on us for good, here she comes with more new material!
Ch-ch-check out a short preview of Here's to Never Growing Up (above)!
We admit, it leaves a bit to be desired — like length, LOLz — but we're excited our junior riot grrrl is back in biz!!
Hop on over to her Facebook page and you can even put your own face in her music vid!!
But how could they not be with Michael Buble stepping in as host this year?!
Oh, the fantasies to be had about that seXXXy crooner! Then again…
Have you ever dreamed of Michael getting hot and heavy with fellow Canadians Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger??? Yeah, we haven't either … and yet, it's become a reality!
If this promo is any indication, than it looks like we're in for a steamy treat on April 21!
The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.
Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:
"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."
That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:
"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."
She added:
"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."
Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
