Ben Stiller and the gang have begun filming the third installment of the Meet the Parents franchise, Little Fockers, but rumor has it that Dustin Hoffman won't be reprising his role as Bernie Focker!

Supposedly, Hoffman was going to make a cameo at the end of the film, but it appears he may have pulled out due to scheduling conflicts or because the part wasn't big enough for him!

Diva!

As for Barbra Streisand, she's still playing a big role in the film as Ben Stiller's mother.

We'll just have to wait and see if Dustin and Universal can come to some sort of agreement or it looks like Roz Focker will be going grandma alone!

From human rights organizations like Amnesty International to rebuilding infrastructure at home and abroad, the following are celebrities that have donated the most $$$$ to charitable organizations in 2008.

Paul Newman gave a whopping $21 million to fund health initiatives, education, emergency campaigns and environmental protection before his death last September while Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt gave $13.4 million to build a health clinic in Ethiopia, development in New Orleans and the Armed Services YMCA.

Very generous!

Jesus-worshipping Mel Gibson gave $6.5 million to the Holy Family Church in Southern California, Oprah Winfrey gave $2.4 million to after-school programs across the U.S. and scholarships for students in Whitesboro, New Jersey (Steadman's hometown).

That's it, O?! Considering the money she's got stashed away, she could restore California's economy!!!

Rounding out the list is Barbra Streisand, who gave $1.7 million to fund The Barbra Streisand Women’s Cardiovascular Research and Education Program in El Lay, Leonardo DiCaprio for donating $1.5 million to community development and The Paris Review literary magazine and Nicolas Cage, who gave $1.1 million to Amnesty International.

Damn! We bet Nic wishes he was a little more stingy these day!

All proceeds from the Julien's auction will go to the Streisand Foundation, which provides grants to environmental and social justice causes.

We've come across a mayjah SPOILER ALERT, so avert your eyes!

Although we've seen Samantha Jones don bridal couture, it seems that it was all for show!

According to In Touch Weekly, Sex and the City 2 will feature a wedding of epic proportion - the union of Stanford Blatch (Willie Garson) and Anthony Marantino (Mario Cantone)!

Wowsa!

It's even rumored that Liza Minnelli will be officiating the ceremony!

Producers are planning the ultimate gay wedding,” said an insider. “They already signed Liza and now they’re in secret talks with Barbra Streisand about being a wedding guest!”

Stanford may not be a young Ed Harris, but he'll make one great hubby!

Loves it!

And the two were looking quite dapper yesterday as they filmed the wedding scene!

After early sales numbers showed Barbra Streisand and Mariah Carey neck-and-neck for the #2 spot on the Billboard album charts this week, Barbra actually pulled off the unexpected.

She came in at #1 spot, beating not only Mariah but Paramore as well!

Poor Mimoo!

Music industry insiders tell us that Mariah Carey's new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, is expected to debut next week at #2 on the U.S. album charts - just behind Paramore, who will come in at the #1 spot with their latest offering, Brand New Eyes, which they released on the same day as Mims.

Early sales reports predict that Imperfect Angel will sell in the range of 160,000 - 170,000 copies while Paramore's album is expected to sell 180,000 - 190,000!

As for Madonna and her latest greatest hits album, Celebration, she's projected to sell a between 60,000 - 70,000 copies. And she's barely done any promo!

But back to Mimoo!

In comparison to the release of her last album, E=MC², which debuted with 463,000 copies sold in its first week, Mariah faces an almost 70 percent drop in sales!

Ouch!

Are U planning on buying Mariah's latest turd creation?

Update: Insiders are telling us that it looks like Mariah is neck and neck with Barbra Streisand as both are in the 160,000 range, but projections are putting Mimi in third place at the end of this week.

This is a fruitless endeavor! What genius over at Warner Bros. thought it was a good idea to remake a Barbra Streisand classic?

Regardless of the stoopidty behind it, a remake of A Star Is Born seems to be picking up momentum as a hot new writer has just been signed to draft up the script.

Along with the scribe being set, rumors are floating around that the execs are looking to cast Beyonce in the lead role. Nothing official has been mentioned as of yet about her joining the project, though.

At least they are thinking in the right vein for casting this thing. Beyonce would be perfect in the role.

We just hate when they remake movies that are already timeless!
