wenn732323brandy.jpg

Singer Brandy has settled with the last plaintiff from the December 2006 car crash she caused, leaving a woman dead. She has already settled with the woman's two children for $300,000 each, as well as another injured driver back in July.

The terms of latest settlement with the husband of the killed driver have not been revealed.

Sad, sad.

Money can't bring back their loved one.

Brandy Pays Up To Crash Survivor

brandy__opt.jpg

Three years late, but at least she is paying up.

How she is paying up, we still have no idea.

Where is this money coming from?

Brandy settled a lawsuit this morning filed by a survivor of her fatal 2006 car crash that killed the driver of another car. This woman, Mallory Ham, suffered extreme facial injuries from the crash, including a "severely broken nose."

The suit was settled for an undisclosed amount.

Sucks To Be Brandy!!!

wenn5246953.jpg

This is not her week!

Singer Brandy was dropped from her record label and management at the same time!!!!

The singer parted from Jay-Z's Roc Nation Management due to "creative differences," but her her comeback CD, Human, only sold 196,509 copies.

Ouch!

A source confirms that Brandy's relationship with Roc Nation was the only thing keep her label, Epic Records, from dumping her.

So when the firm dropped her, Epic "didn't see the benefit in giving her another album. She was signed to Epic when Charlie Walk was president of the label. Now that Amanda Ghost is president, she is the one who decided to let Brandy go," the source continued.

In a funny coincidence, Roc Nation also represents Ghost, a Grammy-nominated songwriter in her own right.

A rep for Brandy is in mayjah denial claiming that the singer is still with the label.

"They have not dropped her. We are trying to get a release from them. We're in waiting," said the rep, "And Brandy and Roc Nation parted amicably."

Sure they did!

And we bet they're still friends, too!!!!

Brandy Pays Off Victim's Family

brandy.jpg

'90s singer Brandy has finally reached a settlement with the children of the woman she killed in the fatal car crash of 2006.

The singer had crashed her Range Rover into the woman's car at the intersection of the 101 and 405 freeways in L.A.

The victim's two children will receive a total of $600,000 combined, according to court documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court.

However, their father has yet to settle with the singer, after rejecting a sum of 1.2 million dollars back in February.

No matter how much she pays, though, can't bring that life back!

Brandy And Deceased Woman Get Sued

wenn2215879.jpg

We're not sure how we feel about this.

Brandy was involved in a fatal car crash back in 2006, resulting in the death of a woman. The singer was not charged with a crime in the case.

Well, now a man that was injured during the accident is fighting back.

Donald Lite is going after Brandy and the deceased woman, Awatef Aboudihaj, who was married with two kids.

Lite is suing Brandy for allegedly causing the accident and suing Aboudihaj for allegedly contributing to the chain reaction collision that took place.

The 83 year-old claims that their obvious disregard for the rules of the road caused the multi-car pileup that has left him with extreme physical damage and pain.

Well, if Brandy was the one who caused the accident, why not just go after her?

The suit claims that the ladies "failure to keep a safe distance, mixed with their inability to travel at a safe speed, caused Brandy to rear-end Awatef, which sent Awatef's car smashing into his."

Lite goes on to claim that he's suffered some "serious and permanent injuries" that have resulted in several hospital bills.

Lite is suing for an undetermined amount.

This is Brandy's second suit from the crash as Aboudihaj's family is pursuing a $50 million civil action for wrongful death. The civil trial has been set for April 2009.

Does Brandy have any money left????

She hasn't had a hit in years!!!
