This is a side of Hulk Hogan we've never seen before.
On Monday, the WWE legend appeared on Good Morning America and opened up about the recent discovery of the racist comments he made in a 2012 interview.
The 62-year-old was removed from the WWE and has received a ton of backlash after an alleged racist rant in his sex tape was revealed — and an interview surfaced where the wrestler used the N-word.

Hogan asserted that he's "not a racist" and is "embarrassed" by his words. He also explained that the recording of him using racial slurs about at his daughter's boyfriend happened during a rough patch.
A defense from an unlikely place, perhaps?!
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is defending Hulk Hogan one week after his racist rant caught on tape went viral, much to Hogan's disappointment.

And while the wrestler has already gotten support from his daughter Brooke Hogan, and given his fans a special message, he got a little love on Thursday from The Rock, too!
Talking to the press at HBO's Television Critics Association event, Johnson said of Hulk:
This is so sweet in such a tough situation!
Brooke Hogan has posted a touching poem to her father Hulk Hogan on Facebook. Hulk, of course, is going through a tough time right now after making racially-charged comments about Brooke's love life and being removed from WWE's website as a result of the controversy.

Now, daughter Brooke is running to her dad's defense with a very touching poem:
"If you knew the dad I knew, you'd know his tender heart. He'd never want to hurt his fans, or family from the start. If you knew my father, you would know how hard he fought … and the way it brought a smile to people light, medium and dark."
The poem in full, accompanied by a collage of pictures from Hulk's wrestling career, was posted to Brooke's Facebook:
With all the killer looks to hit the CMT Music Awards' red carpet, guess this was bound to happen.
You know, stars showing up in some less than stellar looks.
Sadly, we just weren't expecting it from Brooke Hogan, Kellie Pickler, or RaeLynn — though only one can be named worst dressed of the night!
So which outfit was it??
Did Brooke's flashy two-toned gown rub you the wrong way? Or was it Kellie's patterned frock paired with the platform gold sandals?
Then again, RaeLynn's geometric gown might have had you just as confused as it did us! Let us know what YOU think!
Who Was Worst Dressed???
- Sigh. All of them! Sorry, not sorry. (17%)
- RaeLynn — We're too distracted by… everything! (29%)
- Kellie Pickler — Not her best dress! (14%)
- Brooke Hogan — The look was overdone! (40%)

Brooke Hogan and Mickey Guyton were basically as country as we'd expect on the CMT Music Awards red carpet in Nashville on Wednesday.
Brooke was just like a country-themed Barbie doll in a pink-and-white Johnathan Kayne gown with embellished belt and plunging neckline. It's not bad but her tan is a bit too much — we just think a more toned-down beauty look would've been better! Her piano clutch is really cute, though!
Mickey, on the other hand, was on-trend with her two-piece ensemble but the prints on her crop top and maxi skirt totally clashed! Wouldn't it have been better if the skirt was a solid black? Just a thought!
BY THE WAY, Brooke was joined by her mother Linda Hogan, in a black dress and PVC sandals, and 13-year-old Allyson Chernenko.
Brooke personally invited Allyson — who suffers from a life-threatening illness — to join her on the CMT red carpet! That's SO sweet!!!
Allyson also kept it country in a strapless paisley print dress with ruffle detail, styled with cowboy boots!
See their pic (below)!
