This is just…flabbergasting!

Before this year's American Idol was crowned (Spoiler alert - it was Scotty), many of the previous American Idol winners were interviewed to get their thoughts on the big night. Carrie Underwood, who also performed with Lauren Alaina, revealed that each year since she's been crowned, its always been very bittersweet to watch a new Idol join the fold.

She's happy, of course, to see another deserving performer get their chance to make it big…but some Idols seem to get too big too quickly and subsequently forget their manners. Carrie reveals that every year for the last several years, she has offered her phone number to each of the winners, in case they ever want to chat.

No one has ever called her! ZOMG!!! WHATZ?! She explained:

"I've done this every year, by the way, and no one ever calls me. I think David Cook is the only one I've managed to become friends with and we swap stories and talk about stuff, but nobody ever calls me. So maybe they will."

Can you believe that? We're like, totally stunned! Who wouldn't want to stay up late and gab with Carrie Underwood on the phone??? What's the matter with these people!!!

Carrie, send us your digits, girl! We'll give you a call!

Holy shiz! They are seriously pulling out all the stops for this one!

If discovering the winner of this season of this American Idol wasn't incentive enough to watch the finale tonight, then you're in luck!

Sources close to the production have revealed that during the two-hour episode, not only will Bono and The Edge be performing with the castmembers from Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, but Beyoncé and Lady GaGa will be performing with Carrie Underwood, finalists Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina, and Steven Tyler in a group medley!

Meanwhile, there are also rumors that fellow judge J. Lo will also take the stage!

We are going to absolutely LOSE our mind if they do some sort of variation on Telephone!

Fingers crossed! We cannot WAIT to see this!

Hollywood Blvd was crawling with stars yesterday as Simon Fuller was honored by his famous peers and friends with his own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

As a major manager in the industry and the mastermind behind the American Idol franchise, the event was attended by some of the biggest voices in music and AI, like Vicky Beckham, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, David Cook and Ryan Seacrest!

Many congrats to Simon for the honor! Completely deserved!

You had a good run of it, Kelly!

American Idol season 4 winner Carrie Underwood has surpassed Kelly Clarkson as the biggest earning alumni of the show, with over 12,296,000 album sales and over 18,482,000 digital tracks sold! WOW!

Let's give credit where credit's due though - Kelly Clarkson had one hell of a reign, and she's still doing very well with over 10,600,000 albums sold and 15,900,000 digital tracks sold.

As far as tour revenues are concerned though, Carrie's got Kelly beat by a lot with $66,000,000+ in earnings, whereas Kelly has brought in around $32,000,000.

Underwood's earning score also gets a boost from her recent acting gigs, including the April film release Soul Surfer, which brought in a box office gross of $39.5 million. She's also snagged some recent guest appearances on TV shows, such as How I Met Your Mother.

As for Kelly, she hasn't done her acting thing in a while, but we mustn't forget her role in 2003's From Justin to Kelly.

…Okay, maybe she actually WOULD prefer if we forgot about that. JK Kelly! We love you lots and we can't wait to hear your new single in July!

Great job, T-Swizz!

Last month, Taylor Swift had a major accomplishment by becoming the Recording Industry Association of America's (RIAA's) Top Digital Single Artist of 2011.

Now, her success streak continues with her single Mean, which reached #9 on the Country Songs top 10 this week, making it her 13th single to reach the chart's top 10!

Thanks to Mean, Taylor is now tied with Carrie Underwood, who is the only other female artist to have the same amount of consecutive top 10's in the Country Songs chart's history! Wowsa!

The only artist who's done better than Swift and Underwood is Tracy Lawrence, who had "19 consecutive top 10s in 1991-97."

Very impressive, Taylor. We have no doubt that you'll continue to break all types of records with your upcoming singles!

The actor/comedian is king at the box office, taking in the top two films this weekend.

Who woulda thunk it??

His animated movie Hop continued its winning streak, being the number one film for the second week in a row, bringing in $21.7 million.

His live action film, the Arthur remake, was in second place and pulled in $12.6 million despite the fact that the film had been absolutely shredded by the critics.

Cate Blanchett's Hanna, starring Saoirse Ronan, came in third place with $12.3 million. The film has been receiving positive reviews and has managed to gain a huge audience through word of mouth.

Rounding out the top five were Soul Surfer, co-starring Carrie Underwood, with $11.1 million, and the horror movie Insidious, earning $9.7 million.

It ain't all kisses and sunshine. Marriage is hard work, even in the beginning.

This morning, Carrie Underwood stopped by Ellen DeGeneres' show to chat for a bit and she brought Ellen up to speed on her first week of marriage. She admitted that being married has it's "own wonderfulness and challenges," and then jumped right into what those challenges are for her and her hubby, Mike Fisher.

Like most, the transition from separate living spaces to a communal one hasn't been easy for Carrie and Mike. Carrie admitted that he has a lot of stuff - she even at one point called him sort of a "hoarder!" So, when he initially moved his "crap" into her Nashville house, there were some disagreements about which stuff would stay and which stuff would go. She explained:

"We had it in all the guests bedrooms and he had it boxed up and stuff. He's like babe, I need more space in the closet and my heart just sinks. He'll keep like shirts and stuff and I'll go through it…He loves to shop. He's going to kill me. He has stuff come in and I'm like it's not going out fast enough. If you bring stuff in and stuff needs to go out. Do we need this shirt? It has a giant stain on the sleeve. Are we going to wear this again? No, then do something with it. It's still hanging up there."

Boys will be boys, no matter how old they get!

Thankfully, Carrie added that she and Mike have learned to compromise on some things and this new understanding has helped them to live a more blissful existence.

Well, that's good. Oh, and can we just suggest something real quick, in case this becomes an issue again? Man cave! Perhaps with an attached garage! That'll keep his crap contained!
