Mark Salling's child pornography trial has been delayed.
As we've reported — the 33-year-old was arrested back in December when cops found thousands of images and videos of underage individuals engaging in sex acts, including some that were even younger than twelve years old.
A new start date is scheduled to be discussed at a status conference for the case on September 19.
The Dallas native is currently ordered to wear an ankle bracelet while out on a $150,000 bond.

Mark Salling is fighting those charges.
Back in December, the 33-year-old was arrested when cops found thousands of images and videos of underage individuals engaging in sex acts, including some that were even younger than twelve years old.
Since the scandalized star has pleaded not guilty to the charges, he'll be going to trial to try and make his case. And his day in court isn't that far off.
According to E! News,
Mark Salling is pleading not guilty.
On Friday, the Glee actor was arraigned at an El Lay court after being indicted on two child pornography charges. Back in December, he was was busted with thousands of images and videos of underage kids engaging in sexual acts.
At the hearing, the scandalized star pleaded not guilty AND was released on $150K bail. The FOX alum personally paid $100K of that money in a cashier's check he picked up on Thursday.
After hearing the 33-year-old's plea, the judge ordered a few restrictions before releasing Mark out into the world.
First, the Texas native must stay at least 100 feet away from schools, parks, arcades, and other places where little ones hang out.
He must also wear a GPS bracelet and is not allowed to be alone with minors.
Plus, he forked over his passport — probably because prosecutors reportedly feared he was a flight risk — and isn't allowed to do drugs, including medical marijuana.

Court is in session.
Before heading into the courthouse, the actor's attorney Dmitry Gorin spoke to Crime Watch Daily. Although he didn't want to comment on the case, he did say:
"We hope the media gives Mr. Salling a chance to deal with the case in court."
And while some sources are saying the FOX alum will be turning himself in, U.S. Attorney spokesman Thom Mrozek told CWD that might not be the case:
It looks like Mark Salling will finally face the music.
According to sources, Mark will turn himself in on child pornography charges shortly. For those who missed it, Salling was officially indicted on two charges of receiving and possessing child pornography, a MAJOR shock for those who knew him as Noah "Puck" Puckerman on Glee.
Now that M.S. is set to go on trial for the heinous charges, he must first be arraigned by a judge. In addition, Mr. Salling will have the opportunity to post bail, an errand he apparently took care of on June 2.
In the photo (above), Mark clutches a $100K check made out to the Clerk of the US District Court. The scandalized star will hand over the large chunk of change during his first hearing set to take place today.
On the other hand, it's possible Mark has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors and that's what the check is actually for. It's honestly an unlikely scenario considering the INSANE amount of disturbing images found on Salling's computer.
If the 33-year-old is convicted of his alleged crimes, he could face up to 20 years in prison.

It's no secret things aren't looking so good for Mark Salling.
When the news broke out, director Adi Shankar said he would "wait for the facts to arrive" until it was proven that the 33-year-old really broke the law.
So after a federal grand jury indicted the actor for two counts of child porn last week, Shankar was true to his word and began immediately removing Salling from the film.
According to reports, the production is about to re-shoot all of Salling's scenes — and the filmmaker is personally paying for all of it!
On the plus side of all this, Shankar will also be donating a percentage of profits from the dark superhero film to an abused children's charity, telling TMZ:
On Friday, TMZ reported that a federal grand jury indicted Glee alum Mark Salling for two counts of child pornography.
Investigators first caught on to Mark back in January when he was first arrested for child porn possession. Apparently Salling's ex-girlfriend tipped them off following their breakup.
Unfortunately, cops found thousands of images and videos featuring underage children engaged in sexual acts. One particular flash drive contained images of a prepubescent minor and a prepubescent minor below the age of twelve.
If convicted of receiving child porn, the actor faces a minimum sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years in prison. On the charge of owning child porn, he could face 20 years in the slammer.
