George Clooney is taking the "ol ball and chain" expression a bit too seriously.

Jokingly of course, the actor keeps his gal pal, Stacy Kiebler on house arrest. George goes on to stay "I don't let her go out. Don't let her do anything."

For the notoriously uncommittedable, George is looking like he wants Stacy to stay around for a long time.

With all that time together, they're even on the same fashion wavelength!

Stacy says the following on shopping with George:

Hollywood is kinda split on Barack Obama right now, so much that the Prez is sending former Bahamas Ambassador Nicole Avant to help set up fundraisers and meet and greet opportunities for the President, First Lady and other members of the administration.

Unfortunately, even some of those who were adamant supporters 3 years ago have even started voicing their opposition to what he's done in office.

George Clooney and Viola Davis are frontrunners for Best Actor and Best Actress Oscars this year…and they're also BFFs!

In the new issue of Entertainment Weekly (above), George and Viola open up about a few different subjects, including the view that women can't carry the box office…which is obviously bullshiz!

It's a star studded lunch in Cabo!

Continuing their Mexican vaycay, George Clooney and gal pal Stacy Keibler grabbed lunch with Cindy Crawford and Alex Rodriguez yesterday.

Cindy was with hubby Rande Gerber, leaving A-Rod as the fifth wheel.

We think he'll be okay, though.

Does anyone else see Shaggy from Scooby Doo in this picture? LOLz!

The first photo of Ben Affleck's new flick, Argo, was released. Affleck is pulling double duty directing and starring in the film, but apparently he isn't taking charge of his makeup and hairstyling!

Okay, we'll stop!

Argo centers around a CIA plot rescue American hostages from Iran in 1979. The 70's inspired theme infleunces Affleck's look. With long, shaggy hair and scruffy beard, Ben fits the part of a 70's dude peeeeeerfectly!

The film also stars Bryan Cranston and John Goodman with George Clooney co-produces the film.

George Clooney and Stacy Keibler headed down to Mexico for some Xmas fun.

They were spotted in Cabo as George took Stacy on a romantic drive….in a golf cart.

Still, the casually clad couple strolled along the sand, exploring Cabo's finest features.

Wow! So many new faces! What a twist having so many new faces intermingled with the old!

Then again, we are really pissed about one thing…

The nominations for this years Golden Globes were just announced and the nominees are a star-studded array of the most talent folks in television and film. In the television category, a lot of new shows and their stars got recognition, including American Horror Story, Enlightened, Madeleine Stowe from Revenge and even Zooey Deschanel from New Girl.

In the movie category, the usual suspects are up for awards: George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Michelle Williams, Meryl Streep and more, along with the powerful or funny movies they starred in. You know what didn't get any nominations though? That last Harry Potter! Are ya kidding us? C'mon! It was the movie franchise of a generation! It's the biggest grossing film of the year! How could ya'll just ignore that?! Not cool!!!
