Wow! This gets us pretty excited for this flick!
Disney's prequel to the Wizard of Oz, titled Oz: The Great and Powerful, which stars James Franco as the man himself, is well into production, and a Perezcious reader sent us this really neat photo that an extra posted on Facebook - with a flying monkey!
Ch-ch-check it out (above)!
Pretty cool make-up and effects, right? Not to mention the wingspan on that thing!
We can't imagine how cool it's going to look in the finished product!
UPDATE: We've been informed that this photo was taken at Oz special makeup effects artist Howard Berger's Halloween party - not on the film set.

Now we've had TWO different people tell us that Saw will be back! It's clearly going to happen!
Back in April, Saw creator James Wan seemed pret-ty confident that the horror franchise would return at some point.
Now, Lionsgate Vice Chairman Michael Burns has ALSO spoken up about the possibility of another Saw flick.
Here's what he had to say about it during a recent interview:
This is a sight we thought we'd never see: Pamela Anderson holding the baby Jesus.
After the controversial decision to cast Pammy as the Virgin Mary in A Russell Peters Christmas Special was made, we weren't exactly sure what to expect.
Well, here it is.
Canadians got to watch the (above) special starring the former Baywatch star.
And…we laughed!
We think we see Courtney Stodden's future.
HOW DID WE MISS THIS????
Mr. Neil Gaiman, you rock star you!
On Halloween night, something magical happened on Craig Ferguson's Late, Late Show. Yes, we're late to the party, but we just couldn't help it:
This is THAT good!
Check out the video (above) to watch Amanda Palmer from The Dresden Dolls and special guests Moby, Stephin Merritt and Neil Gaiman perform "Science Fiction/Double Feature" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show".
Incredible!
This is nauseatingly horrible.
While waiting for her ride after attending a Halloween Party, University of Texas San Antonio student Kristen Cooper was assaulted…and she believe it's because she is gay (above).
She claims that the two men who attacked her shouted anti-gay slurs while they beat her up, leaving her with a concussion, as well as a swollen/badly bruised face.
Just terrible. We truly hope these men are caught and properly punished for their deplorable actions.
Feel better soon, Kristen!

We wouldn't worry about this. After that phenomenal season two premiere, we're thinking the show should be fine for quite a while!
The ratings have arrived for The Walking Dead's Halloween weekend episode, and the show brought in a total of 8.3 million viewers for its 9 p.m. and repeat airings.
Dead's ratings were down 9% from last week, but the numbers were still plenty impressive!
Besides, the show was already renewed for a third season, so Walking Deadheads really shouldn't be too concerned with this ratings dip.
What do U think? Will ratings for The Walking Dead pick back up???

Well, this is … awkward.
According to Us Weekly, Lauren Conrad had an interesting run-in with an old flame last weekend while at Matthew Morrison’s October 29 Halloween party. She attended the soiree sans her new BF Derek Hough, which turned out to be a bad idea as she bumped into her ex-Kyle Howard, not once but twice while at Hollywood’s Voyeur nightclub.
A spy reports that
