Jessica Biel has played many roles in her day, but she admits the most challenging job of her career is motherhood!
The Spark actress stopped by the Today show on Friday to promote the new Funny or Die videos she starred in with Whitney Cummings and Joy Bryant for WomanCare Global — to help educate women on reproductive issues!
Still on the subject of reproducing, the 33-year-old also opened up about what an "amazing, amazing experience" it is to be a mother, saying her baby son Silas is "just a joy!"
Biel revealed that one of the things motherhood has given her is a newfound appreciation for her own mom! She said:
"Oh, my gosh I'm going to call her right after this actually and just thank her. What you have to do for your kid — it's an amazing responsibility and the biggest joy ever."
While raising a child is no cakewalk, the actress admits that her husband Justin Timberlake is a great parenting partner!
See what she says about JT's parenting skills in the video (below)!
Talk about #RelationshipGoalz!
"Well, he supports everything that I do and that's why I think he's a wonderful partner."
LOVES it! And, Miz Biel you certainly do everything.
Recently, the starlet starred alongside Whitney Cummings and Joy Bryant in a series of HIGHlarious PSAs for the WomanCare Global — which helps educate women about their bodies. Fierce!
"We don't want women's reproductive health issues to be hidden under stigma or taboos anymore. And how best to reach all demographics. Can we please laugh about this crazy stuff that happens to us?"
Well said! Outside of her awareness work, the 7th Heaven alum is also busy being a mom to five-month-old Silas. Jessica way to prove that we can have it all!
Claps all around.

Jessica Biel has never been shy about revealing her secrets for keeping her toned bod. But after giving birth to son Silas Randall Timberlake, she's more concerned with educating women about what's going on INSIDE their bodies!
The Accidental Love star teamed up with activist Saundra Pelletier, founder of the healthcare organization WomanCare Global, to launch an online sex education video series for women!
After deciding to have a child two years ago, the 33-year-old recalled how little she knew on the subject of pregnancy. She said:
At least it was for a good cause!
Garner was part of the Think It Up telecast in El Lay on Friday, a show trying to raise money and awareness for improving education in California, and Garner was joined by many other celebs at the wonderful event.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Biel, Justin Bieber, Kacey Musgraves and many more all joined Garner on stage at various points throughout the night — including the last two performing for the event — and a good time looks like it was had by all!
Garner, pictured above with Bieber, was all smiles at the event, though of course she was not wearing her wedding ring. Considering all that she's been through the last several months, at least she was happy on Friday night!

As we previously reported, Justin Timberlake appeared on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show to show off his musical skills, but it was some never-before-seen snaps of his 5-month-old son Silas that stole the show.
And it seems that the Mirrors singer is absolutely loving his new role as dad!
"I still have trouble wiping my own ass! It is the most insanely amazing, most beautiful, unbelievable thing that can ever happen to you. He was 5 months [ on September 8 ]."
The late night program even took to Twitter to make sure that fans who missed the taping were able to join in on all the cuteness.
