It was the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, and now we know exactly how it happened.

We're gonna miss him when he's gone!
And although POTUS might be ready to pass the presidential torch, the Obama's aren't ready to leave Washington D.C. anytime soon!
Obama stopped by The Tonight Show on Thursday, and in addition to slow jamming the news with Jimmy Fallon, the commander-in-chief also revealed that he and Michelle Obama would be staying in D.C. until their daughter Sasha Obama finishes up high school.
But that doesn't mean the president isn't planning an epic vacation for when his second term ends in January! He explained:
In case you weren't able to attend Madonna's recent Rebel Heart tour, the A-lister stopped by Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show to perform for Thursday's episode. Oh, and the pop icon did NOT disappoint!
We mean, it's no secret that we love Madonna — but how can you not love when Madge performs a classic like Borderline? Bravo!
Of course, this aired performance comes shortly after news broke that the Material Girl FINALLY met President Barack Obama while taping for Fallon's show. And it seems the industry vet may've inspired POTUS as he got musical for his bit with the late night host. Yup, Jimmy brought back Slow Jam the News just for Obama and the politician made sure to throw a little shade at Donald Trump.
Be sure to ch-ch-check out Madonna's killer performance (above) and Obama's HIGHlarious bit (below) for yourself!
The 48-year-old stopped by The Tonight Show on Wednesday night and had a bit of fun with the late night host as the two tried to prove they were BFFs for National Best Friends Day by playing the Best Friends Challenge!
During the game — which is basically the Newlywed Game for besties — the celebs do their best to guess each other's favorite sandwhich, worst fear, and of course their favorite superhero — and the results were HIGHlarious!
Ch-ch-check out the fun new late night game (below) and let us know if you think your best friend could answer the same questions!
Dreams do come true!
Last year, in an interview with Us Weekly, the Like A Virgin singer revealed:
"The person I most want to meet is President Obama. When the heck am I going to meet him? He just needs to invite me to the White House already."
Well last night, Madonna got her wish! No, she didn't get invited to the White House — but the POTUS filmed a Tonight Show interview segment in advance, and Jimmy Fallon invited the Material Girl along!
Her Madgesty even snapped a sweet photo with the Prez (above) which she posted to Instagram and captioned:
We're only a few days away from getting to see Daniel Radcliffe perform some magic again in Now You See Me: The Second Act, and last night he stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to help promote the flick!
The Saturday Night Live alum took the opportunity to play a not-so-magic trick: pointing out how much the Harry Potter actor looks like quite a few people throughout history — particularly a couple of old ladies! LOLz!
Fallon not only showed some pics of Radcliffe's look-alikes, but he shared who he resembles as both celebs decided to dress up to resemble the pics of their twins!
Ch-ch-check out Jimmy and Daniel discover how much the Brit looks like SEVERAL old ladies as they take a peek at doppelgängers throughout history!
And despite the segment leaving more to be desired the first time, the actress recorded even MORE Dubsmashes when she stopped by Thursday's taping!
Don't get us wrong — the final product is entertaining, but do we really need to see the making of? Though we do have to say we loved when Cruz called out Fallon for cutting her out of frame the first go-around!
Do YOU think watching celebrities record Dubsmashes is late night-worthy? Watch the clip (below) and SOUND OFF in the comments!

Fleet Week is very important… mostly because the horde of hotties in uniform makes for some very nice eye candy! LOLz!
The long standing tradition is a wonderful way to thank the troops from the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard for their service when their military ships dock.
On Wednesday's Tonight Show, the Saturday Night Live alums strapped on acoustic guitars and cowboy hats to play for the audience — made up entirely of servicemen and women — singing a patriotic parody of Garth Brooks' Friends In Low Places!
Ch-ch-check out the troop inspired performance of Friends on All Bases (above) — and watch Sandler's interview (below) to hear why he never joined the military himself!
