Kesha added a new twist in her lawsuit against music producer Dr. Luke.
The pop star has followed up on her allegations that the producer drugged and assaulted her with an amended complaint that calls out Sony Music Entertainment for putting up with the Dr's behavior!
In a new report, the Blow singer claims Sony is desperate for new talent due to dismal sales and has made a $60 million investment in Dr. Luke because of his knack for developing pop sensations!

But the songstress claims that working with the iconic producer came with a serious cost, and allegedly Sony knows all about it! The amended complaint reads:
"Dr. Luke's proclivity for abusive conduct was open and obvious to [Sony Music Entertainment] executives, who either knew of the conduct and turned a blind eye, failed to investigate Dr. Luke's conduct, failed to take any corrective action, or actively concealed Dr. Luke's abuse…Based on SME's conduct, SME has forced an abusive relationship between Dr. Luke and Ms. Sebert to this day."
While Sony had no comment on the litigation, Dr. Luke's attorney Christine Lepera doesn't think the pop star's claims will hold up in court.
"This seems like a desperate effort. It's conclusions without facts, and there's nothing new. They are trying to embroil Sony and it won't work."
Wow! This lawsuit is really getting intense!
We just hope justice will be served to whatever party is really at fault!
