Las Vegas nightclub Prive has named Kevin Federline father of the year.

In other words: this is a big ol' publicity stunt!

They're probably hoping to get some of the same shine those dumb hos in Long Island got when they named Dina Lohan Mother of the Year.

To celebrate, the club's throwing KFed a bash on June 13th to kick off the Father's Day weekend.

Kevin will be awarded the title during a presentation at the club.

Well, guess what????

Perez is also throwing a party in Vegas on Friday the 13th….and our party is totally gonna kick Kevin's butt!.

That's right, once again we are returning to one of our favoritest clubs in Sin City, Blush, at the swankiest casino resort in town, the Wynn.

And we're not just saying that!

We LOVE the musical genius of Blush's resident DJ, Mighty Mi, so much that we flew him to Los Angeles this past March to spin at our 30th birthday bash.

So, this Friday the 13th get Freaky with Perez and let's all make fun of K-Fed together at Wynn.

K-Fed is busy….

He's working on…..

Well, the former Mr. Britney Spears is interviewed in the new issue of In Touch Weekly, and we're just as surprised as you are that his 15 minutes aren't up yet.

K-Fed on his two Exes:
“I will always love the mothers of my children, and I will always be there for both of them. I believe that any good energy I put out there brings more good energy into my own life. The relationships with my kids and family will last my whole life and are the most important to me.”

On his kids:
“I spend most of the day chasing my kids around the house. Their needs define my schedule every day.”

On Britney:
“It is so very important to me that my children will always know and never question, that no matter what happens, they have a mommy and daddy who love them very much."

On his long-term goals:
“I’m going to be the best role model for my kids. And if that example helps other young, single dads who might be going through the same experiences that I am right now, it would be a great compliment.”

Britney Spears has just been ordered by the LA courts to pay Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline's lawyer, $375,000 in legal bills.

The fees stemmed from the 4 month battle between Kaplan and BritBrit's lawyer's over the custody of Small Fry and Tater Tot.

BritBrit should be happy that she didn't have to pay the $500,000 Kaplan was originally asking for!

On top of that, Spears also has to pay HER former lawyers over $600,000 for their services.

It's a good thing homegirl's getting back to work. She needs to be making a steady income!

The daddy to Tater Tot and Small Fry lends his voice-over "talent" to an episode of Comedy Central's Lil Bush, which airs tomorrow night.

K-Fed gives life to the character of MC Rove. Yes, the wannabe rapper puts a hip hop spin on Republican strategist Karl Rove.

Kevin Federline is in talks to join the cast of Broadway's Legally Blonde, the musical.

We already know he can't rap. So he can sing????

“He’s so excited!” says a source close to K-Fed. The father of four may be heading to Broadway in September.

What impact would this have on Britney Spears and her visitation with her kids????

As it stands, Kevin has primary custody of Tater Tot and Small Fry.

“This is his dream and he wants to bring the kids,” says the Federline insider. “Jamie and Lynne [Spears] promised to help him make it work. This is his chance to show the world what he can do."

Really??? How sad!

A rep for the show says K-Fed is not scheduled “as of this time.”

Ughh, the publicists for Legally Blonde probably planted this item themselves!

Perez MAY star as Ariel in The Little Mermaid, but that doesn't mean he will!
