Who throws a shoe? Honestly!

Apparently, Jason Wahler, known mostly for his time on Laguna Beach and his romantic involvement with Lauren Conrad on The Hills, will now be known as the tool who got so drunk, he threw his shoes at people.

Last night, while heavily intoxicated, Jason tried to get into the Ocean Avenue Brewery, but the bouncer wasn't having it. Somehow, Jason made it inside, so the bouncer threw him out.

Jason made it inside again, and again the bouncer showed him the door. Only this time, things got interesting when a irritated Jason took off his shoes and chucked them into the bar.

We'll assume he was gunning for the bouncer but in his defense, aiming isn't easy when you can't see straight.

As if that wasn't enough, Jason allegedly then threw a punch when the rest of the security team arrived. And now the loser is in jail for battery and public intoxication. Ha! Add that to the list, huh Jason?!

And talk about bad timing. Jason only had 11 days left on his probation from an incident back in 2007. Bad news for him if he's convicted now.

Somewhere, L.C. is taking a sigh of relief that she ain't messing with him anymore!

When will it end?????

Lauren Conrad took time out to slam Spencer & Heidi in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar.

Even though Lauren and Heidi no longer speak, the fashion mag asked LC her opinion on why Montag decided to show off her surgically-enhanced tatters in the upcoming September issue of Playboy.

The budding "author"'s response?

"They're not going to pay for themselves."

Ha!

Conrad continued, pointing a finger at Speidi's fame-seeking antics:

I don't call magazines and let them know about things so they can write stories. There was never an incentive to keep doing The Hills so I could get into [Hollywood club] Les Deux. That was never the point. It was more to create a fan base so I can go create a business and do something I really love doing.

LC does own up to the gruesome twosome's entertainment value, saying, "You have to laugh" at Spencer and Heidi.

And we do!

Let the countdown begin until Spencer and/or Heidi's scathing reply!

Lauren Conrad is a best selling author!

People are really into crap these days, huh???

Conrad's "novel", L.A. Candy, has sat atop the New York Times Best Seller list for two weeks in a row!

L.C. doesn't even believe the news herself!

"If someone said to me five years ago when this all started that I would one day make the New York Times Best Seller list I wouldn't have believed it," Conrad recently told reporters.

Honey, you're not alone!

As Lauren Conrad is pimping out her new book, she is letting her mouth fly open and revealing all kinds of secrets from her former show The Hills.

The biggest thing she let drop this morning while on The View was that the so-called "apology" she received from Spencer Pratt about her sex tape NEVER HAPPENED!

Nope! The conversation never happened. She wasn't even on the line to speak to him. So Spencer pretty much apologized to a phone and LC pretended to be surprised and angrily forgiving.

Gee, doesn't that sounds a lot like scripted acting? Go figure!

We give it maybe an hour before Spencer seeks out the media to tell his side of it.

Call us Spence! We want to know!

Lauren Conrad was surprised to learn of Paris Hilton's recent breakup!

Almost as surprised as their ex-boyfriend in common, Doug Reinhardt!

Lauren revealed, "I thought they were a good match.

Then, L.C. shared some thoughts on Hilton's track record.

On Paris' "engagement" to Stavros Niarchos, Conrad stated, "She was going to marry a lot of people."

Meow!

The former Hills star continued that although she didn't feel Doug was in charge of the relationship, "he had fun. That's all that matters."

Lap dogs are never in charge!

"Doug's pretty awesome," says L.C. "[We] dated my senior year of high school - he moved back and then it was like, 'Oh, we'll pick up where we left off'… for a couple of weeks."

Look how that turned out!!!!

Next up for Doug?

We'll sure he'll find a less suspecting member of young Hollywood to glom onto date!

Lauren Conrad showed up to the launch of her ghost written book, L.A. Candy, at the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

L.C. aims to turn her book into a movie!

"It’s one of my hopes," says Conrad. "We're going to start working on that when I get back from my book tour."

Isn't it already a TV show called The Hills?!

She has such range!

But wait, there's more!

"I have my line at Kohl's but I'm also working on putting back together my original line. I want to change it up, working on a new name…," divulged L.C.

A new name doesn't magically change the clothes!!!

Going to F.I.D.M. for a semester does not make you a designer!

We hear Forever 21 is hiring!

Kristin Cavallari is already causing problems on The Hills and Lauren Conrad is not the least bit surprised.

"I think she is just very opinionated and that's how she has always been," says L.C.

Her advice on how to deal with Cavallari? "You know, it's the same as dealing with anybody. Be yourself. That's all you can do." A.K.A. Carry a stake to stab her through the heart!

According to Stephanie Pratt, "We are not really fans of her. She doesn't want to be friends with us. She wants to bring her acting skills to The Hills and yell at all of us. I have no idea why she doesn't like us. I actually just had lunch with Lo [Bosworth] the other day, and we were just talking about how crazy this is."

We know she's a bitch but it's not revolutionary that she doesn't like you!

Half of America doesn't like you!

Plus, it takes no acting skills to yell at you!

Frankie Delgado mentioned that Kristin "is just full of energy. You never know what to expect from her. We have shot twice with her and both times it was drama!"

Bring in on, Kristin!!!!

They're getting paid to put up with it!
