In a typically uncharacteristic move for the actress, Natalie Portman is publicly denying reports of a romance between herself and Sean Penn!

The two were "spotted" (according to Star - so, ya know.. take it with a grain of salt) smooching all over the Sunset Tower Hotel back in March.

Says Portman: "Sean Penn is a friend and colleague. The reports that we are romantically involved are completely untrue. I normally do not respond to rumors about my private life, however, this repeatedly fabricated story has forced me to do so."

We sorta believe her!

Could the reports of Natalie Portman hooking up with Sean Penn be true?

The two have been spotted out together recently, supposedly being all touchy-feely, and many insiders are reporting the two have been hooking up. Despite the 20 year difference.

Now, reports are that Portman has purchased a house. And, coincidentally, it's near Penn's pad!

Natalie's new home is being described as a castlelike mansion, Medieval in style, and is located in Los Angeles's Los Feliz neighborhood.

The home, which was built in the 1930s, has over 4,800 square feet and features four bedrooms with two baths. It's also has cathedral ceilings, a pool, garden, and two guesthouses. Two!

So how much did she pay for the place?

Just a mere $3.25 million.

Well, we all know that Sean Penn is a womanizer, but what we didn't know is that Natalie Portman might be dumb enough to fall for his womanizing!

According to Star, an eyewitness walked in on the canoodling couple!

Following a touchy-feely dinner at the Sunset Tower Hotel's Tower Bar on March 17th, the pair snuck off to a semi-private area, where the witness spied them making out.

He's, like, 20 years older than her - and still married!

We sure hope this is not true.

Keep your dirty paws off our R-Patz, Natalie!!

Mz. Portman was seen canoodling with our Twilight boyfriend at the Vanity Fair Oscar party on Sunday night!

Blasphemy!!

A friend of Pattinson blabbed that Robert was extremely nervous about presenting but "whiskey and Natalie Portman" were what managed to calm the Brit down.

"The two totally flirted it up outside on the patio…[Natalie's] used to getting what she wants, as she dominated [Robert Pattinson's] attentions most of the evening," snitched eyewitnesses at the Vanity Fair party.

The two were not seen leaving the party together, thank God!

We love you, Natalie, but there are plenty of fish in the sea for you to choose from!!

Gael Garcia Bernal and Devendra Banhart were lucky boys!

Natalie Portman turned down the role of a nun in the star studded flick Doubt because she couldn't wrap her head around the concept of celibacy.

So, her horny ways kept her from sharing the screen with Oscar winners Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

We're sure she'll kick herself should Amy Adams, who ended up snatching the role, walk away with the best supporting Oscar.
