The View got a little tense on Thursday, and the controversy didn't stop at the table!
Specifically, Rosie was defending a comment by another outspoken woman. Chrissy Teigen got into a lot of trouble on Wednesday after she tweeted:
When The View premiered last month, it had some big ratings! More people tuned in than in the past few years just to see the all-new lineup!
But since then, Rosie O'Donnell and company have not kept that momentum.
According to the latest numbers, the show is averaging ratings lower than last year at the same time, making this the fourth straight year the show's numbers have dropped!
In fact, ratings are now down 30% from five years ago!
This may be partially due to stiff competition; The View's biggest challenger The Talk is now
This sounds like music to our ears!
Cyndi Lauper just announced the line up for her 4th Annual Home For the Holidays concert to benefit her True Colors Fund!
And it sure looks like it's going to be a fun time.
Not only are Rosie O'Donnell and Laverne Cox are co-hosting the event, but all of the musical guests sound amazing too.
Everyone and their mothers have been commenting on Renee Zellweger's latest look!
While some of her celebrity peers have been vocally supportive of her, there are those out there who are joking about this drastic change.
The ladies of The View expressed their thoughts on it and they had some pretty interesting points!
Rosie Perez basically said anyone who made a comment, drawing attention to the changes to Renee's face is being downright mean, but Rosie O'Donnell had an interesting take on the situation.
She said after her co-host's comment:
As we reported earlier, in a released audio tape from a therapy session, Stephen confessed to child molestation.
In a taping of The View on Wednesday, Rosie spoke out about how sure she is that the voice on the recording belongs to Stephen, and in light of her own experience with sexual abuse as a child, how "devastating" the allegations are.

According to witnesses from last Thursday's episode taping, the real fireworks went off during the commercial break.
Insiders say Rosie told Whoopi beforehand that the subject of spanking your child was one on which she had strong opinions and that she didn't want to be cut off.
But as the moderator, it was Whoopi who was told by producers in her earpiece to cut to commercial because they had run out of time.
When she did, Rosie went after her,
When we reported earlier how Mayim Bialik boldly criticized the much beloved movie Frozen, we knew it was only a matter of time before the backlash came.
Well, the storm of words has finally arrived.
