So no one's at fault here now? Got it.

It's been nearly six years since 18-year-old college student Tyler Clementi committed suicide due to bullying, and yet his court case is still getting new updates to this very day.

In fact, Friday may have just been the biggest day throughout the entire legal process because Tyler's former roommate Dharun Ravi somehow got his conviction overturned.

Despite only serving 20 days for invasion of privacy and bias intimidation after secretly video taping Tyler hooking up with another man while sharing a room at Rutgers University in 2010, Dharun is about to get even further off the hook thanks to some new legal loopholes.

Apparently, while the New Jersey Superior Court still believes Dharun — and his co-conspirator Molly Wei, for that matter — should feel bad for their involvement in Tyler's death, they apparently believe he does deserve a new trial, saying:

Sorry, UCLA!

In an interview E! News, Ariel Winter revealed she will NOT attend the prestigious school this year as originally planned. It's somewhat of a surprise considering the actress has spent the past months gushing over her Bruin status.

For those not keeping up, the beauty intended to pursue a degree in political science just in case her acting career didn't pan out. In fact, the 18-year-old gushed over the prospect of college and her future in recent interview.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill

They grow up so fast!

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw's middle daughter Maggie Elizabeth is officially off to college — and of course she got the proper send off, T. Swift style!

The music vet clearly still followed Taylor Swift's music even after the 26-year-old left country music (we guess you'd have to with three teenage daughters) as she jammed out with Maggie to Bad Blood on the first day of their road trip.

The adorable singalong was filmed by the 18-year-old and posted to the This Kiss singer's Instagram page:

Rachel Berry did not fall from Broadway gracefully…

We thought it was weird that 2016 didn't have a stand out Song of the Summer… but that's because we were apparently waiting for school to start to be blessed with this mess.

Your high school-aged kids probably thought they had it bad when they were forced to go back to school last week, but at least they aren't these students!

Unfortunately for a select room of overly polite teens, a teacher named Ms. Wittle is going viral after trying her best to connect to her kids during the first day of school with parodies of today's hottest artists.

Apparently, the teacher thought singing her syllabus to hits by Drake, Rihanna, Fifth Harmony, and even Carrie Underwood would make her hip… but it only made her students cringe. (Our money's on the 3D laser light show being what set it over-the-top.)

The best part?? The whole thing lasted for at least

Nick Cannon

It's never too late!

Nick Cannon has officially enrolled as a freshman at Howard University — and it just wouldn't be right if the Internet didn't erupt in Drumline comparisons!

If you live under a rock and have never seen the 2002 classic, the rapper-turned-actor played Devon Miles — a young drummer who forges a life for himself at the fictitious historically black college Atlanta A&T University.

Anywho, as soon as the 35-year-old took to social media with news of his new student status, people couldn't help but bust out references to the marching band drama.

Federal Judge Blocks President Obama's Move To Make All Public School Bathrooms Transgender-Friendly

Way to represent, Texas…

As you probably remember, North Carolina became the laughingstock of the United States earlier this year when it tried to implement a series of bigoted bathroom bills aimed at the transgender community.

While most Americans condemned N.C. for its treatment of its LGBT citizens, we're sad to say yet another state is currently discriminating against trans individuals.

Apparently, President Barack Obama issued a ruling back in May that would make it so every public school had to allow its students to use the bathroom and locker room that matched with their gender identity.

However, Texas Judge Reed O'Connor took it upon himself to block Obama's move late Sunday evening, and we're hearing 13 states have now banded together to sue the Education and Justice Departments over their trans-friendly law.

Basically, as it stands now, public schools
