Aww! So cute!

An adorably dressed Suri Cruise snacked on a healthy apple on her way out of the studio in Miami where Tom Cruise is working on his new film, Rock of Ages.

Katie Holmes followed behind her sporting an apple herself.

You know what they say. An apple a day keeps the dentist away!

Katie Holmes was spotted with her daughter, Suri Cruise, at their hotel's pool in Miami yesterday, and it even looks as though the actress was giving an impromptu swimming lesson to the little one!

What a strong little swimmer! No flotation devices or anything!

Mom must be so proud!

So glad these two could spend this kind of time together!

No more changelings children on the way! Oh well!

Despite numerous reports that Katie Holmes is pregnant with her second child with husband Tom Cruise, her representative has denied the claims, and says:

"She is not pregnant."

Well, there you have it!

No brother and sister for Suri right now!

Perhaps someday, though! You never know!

So, remember back in Jan/Feb when we told you guys that Katie Holmes was super pissed about The Star Magazine tabloid had an issue with a cover that said:

"ADDICTION NIGHTMARE - Katie DRUG SHOCKER! The real reason she can’t leave Tom.”

To us, that kinda sounds like they're hinting that she's addicted to Tom like he's a drug, but we digress… ha!

Anyway, she was super pissed to the tune of a $50 Million dollar lawsuit against the magazine and the company that owns it.

Well, it must have scared them shizzless, because everyone has settled. The Star even ran a new front page AND article:

"Star Apologizes to Katie Homes."

"Star did not intend to suggest that Ms. Holmes was a drug addict or was undergoing treatment for a drug addiction. Star apologizes to Ms. Holmes for any misperception and will be making a substantial donation to charity on Ms' Holmes behalf for any harm that we may have caused."

Well, it was good of them to print that, but, we don't understand how they could possibly NOT intend that. There is seriously no logical scenario where that headline wasn't intended to get people to read because they were tricked into thinking that Katie was druggin' it up!

Katie ended up accepting the apology and the donation as the settlement:

"I'm pleased that this lawsuit could be resolved amicably and accept American Media's apology."

Sounds like a victory to us, Katie! We're glad you stood up for your rep like that. It probably wouldn't have been the most pleasant of a conversation if Suri had found that magazine when she was 17

At least, her parents created one in their Beverly Hills backyard.

For her 5th birthday, Suri Cruise celebrated with friends and family with a lavish tea party a la Alice in Wonderland on Sunday! Girling things up, Suri wore a frilly pink dress and movie star turquoise sunglasses, as she sat at the head of the long table, surrounded by loved ones, like her siblings, Connor and Isabella.

Sounds like it was a perfectly lovely afternoon for a Hollywood princess! We're sure she had a marvelous time! Well done, Tom and Katie!

Yesterday, the Cruise family left their New York apartment and were greeted by the usual scene - a gathering of paparazzi flashing their cameras and screaming their names. Normally, it's her parents, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who try to hide their faces from the onslaught of wide-angle lens. However, it seems that it was Suri's turn to be a little camera shy as she clutched her bear to her face as they strolled past the photogs.

Poor little thing. Considering that they've been taking her picture since birth, you would think she would be used to it by now.

Uh-oh! She does NOT look pleased, and we doubt anyone will be spared her wrath!

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were spotted out and about last night in NYC with their daughter Suri, whom they took to see American Idiot on Broadway, and then to dinner afterward, but as you can see (above), gurl was having NONE OF IT!

Perhaps the performance wasn't up to her sophisticated standards? Or maybe the meal was less than pleasing to her palette!

Either way, it's clear that hell hath no fury like a changeling celebrity child scorned!

LOLz! We kid, we kid!

We're sure she was just cranky after such an exciting day!

Oh, don't act like you haven't seen the pictures! We know you have!

This morning, Katie Holmes was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote The Kennedys when the conversation turned to her darling daughter and personal stylist, Suri Cruise. Seems Ellen also had seen the paparazzi shots of Suri attempting to purchase some, um, interesting sugary treats and she asked Katie to explain what happened. With a face as red as one of the gummy genital her five-year-old tried to buy, she said:

"Recently, I took [Suri] to get ice cream in New York at this place called Serendipity that we go to all the time. It's for kids. The clientele is children. We go in and we are waiting for a table and she grabs some gummies that are boy part gummies. I was horrified."

Ellen pushed her for more info and rather sheepishly, Katie clarified:

"P-e-n-i-s gummies. I said, oh wow those aren't Swedish fish. . . They are called p-e-n-i-s gummies and they look like it. She was holding the box and I was like 'OK, wow we don't need that right now.' Because I thought if I said 'Put that back,' and then she's going to say, 'What is this?' And I really didn't want to have that conversation."

HA! Just the thing a mother wants to talk about with her five-year-old daughter! LOLZ!
