Originally we thought Farrah Abraham was getting off lightly in her DUI case when she struck a deal to avoid jail time.

And for anyone else we'd still believe that.

But now we're hearing that the Teen Mom won't be allowed to drink any alcohol for six whole months!

Despite her insistent claims that she was innocent, Farrah Abraham will plead guilty to aggravated DUI stemming from the time she was popped by police for driving intoxicated!

The Teen Mom's plea deal will prevent the reality star from ever setting foot behind bars, for this crime at least, and will allow Farrah to walk away from this incident by only paying

Everyone who follows the saga of the former Teen Mom knows the name James Duffy.

Jenelle's ex-boss makes regular public claims about Jenelle partying and having sex with and without him at his house. Sometimes he even provides some kind of evidence or leaks nude photos.

James McGibney, who runs the website Bullyville, decided to go after Duffy after hearing numerous complaints.
