Here's what she said on her Twitter:

“I was still not in the right state of mind from the anesthesia and I was on my prescribed medication. I was f--ked up off anesthesia after the surgery. I didn't kno (sic) he took the after photos.”

But what about the before pictures of the Teen Mom wearing her birthday suit?

Jenelle says:

“The before photos (he) took without me lookin and told me he deleted them thats why I was laughing in the pic cuz I'm like lol stop.”

Why, however, would she let her ex boyfriend keep those pictures? And why wouldn't she press charges against him now?

The mommy said:

"I didn't give him any permission and yes I kno [sic] I have a good case but he has more blackmail on me so I cant. I'm very depressed but I'll eventually get over it. I just wish I knew who to trust these days."

Don't be depressed, girl! It's not the end of the world. Way worse things could of happened to you than everyone seeing your twin peaks.

Although we are a bit disappointed to hear the way Jenelle abused her medication.

Here's what her friend said:

“She got Hydrocodone (a prescription painkiller) and they had her on morphine while she was going through it. She was all high, she was eating the hydrocodones like they were Skittles.”

Aw, it sounds like she's really sorry that those photos got out on the internet.

Life ain't so bad, girl. Think of the positives in your lifes.

How HOT!!!

Kat Graham went to check out America's Best Dance Crew (which we find perfect since she's one of America's best dancers) and she got a chance to hang with Jersey Shore's Pauly D!!!

Since the music of the night was all J.Lo, her dancin' honey Casper Smart (below) was there to mentor the crews and prep them into giving the diva their ALL!!!

After we saw the new boobs that Jenelle Evans was sporting earlier today, we thought we had seen everything.

Wow, were we wrong.

The Teen Mom has nude photos of herself floating around various media outlets.

The full frontal nude pictures were taken by her ex-boyfriend Kieffer Delp, and they were subsequently sold by him, as well.

There are a set of five pictures. Some show Jenelle flaunting her pre-surgery breasts. The others show her modeling her post-surgery boobies.

Damn. We knew that Delp guy was no good!

How is he going to sell out a former loved one out like that?

That's despicable!

Although Jenelle Evans looks admittedly happy about her new puppies, we still aren't quite sure why the Teen Mom felt the need to enhance her breasts in the first place.

Here's what one source said:

"Jenelle was totally given the idea to get the boobs by her ex-boyfriend Gary Head. Not a lot of girls around the area have fake boobs, it just isn't something they normally do, but Gary was telling her that she would look a lot better with the bigger boobs."

So wait. She got these bad boys for an EX boyfriend???

Hmm.

The source went on to say:

“She had the idea in her head that she wanted implants and so she went ahead and got them no matter what, and this was definitely something that Gary wanted her to do. MTV has an idea of how they want the girls to come off and big fake boobs isn't it. They've even called the other girls and begged them to hold off on surgery."

That's right! MTV doesn't want their teen moms to get breast implants! They want their girls to have more babies!

Regardless she looks happy and that's all that counts, right?

We're just glad she seems to be enjoying herself, even if we don't necessarily agree with her decisions.

The best fake boy band of all time is reuniting in concert… TONIGHT!!

Kevin Farley (aka Doug Linus big brother type) posted a video of the boys men practicing for the big performance to his Facebook, writing:

Jenelle Evans said she wanted to go bigger and she made good on her promise.

The Teen Mom 2 star announced on Twitter that she has gotten breast implants.

Here's what she said:

"Just got my boobies finished :) now at home recovering ! With [my best friend] Allison Elise as my nurse."

The MTV reality star and mother to son Jace said her new breasts are the perfect size.

But what is she doing with Kiefer? And what's this about how he always is there for her when she need it the most? Someone forgot about a lot of drama.

Regardless of her questionable choices with men, we wish her a full and speedy recovery.
