We started following the gruesome details of the Cleveland kidnapping case as soon as we heard that three victims and a child had been rescued from nearly a decade of bondage. Three men were arrested, and now one (the one viewed as the prime suspect) has been formally charged.

Here's what ABC just said about Ariel Castro (pictured center, above):

A high school teacher from Alabama has been charged for kidnapping a six-year-old girl from a school in Mississippi!

The teacher is ALSO accused of sending a scary text message to the parents…and then keeping the girl overnight in a hotel.

A middle school teacher has been fired and charged after allegedly luring underage students into drugs and sex.

For the past four years, Bethany Appleton taught mildly disabled students at Shelbyville Middle School in Indiana.

According to the police, for over a year from April 2011 to May 2012, Appleton invited several students to her house for pizza parties.

There, she and the boys drank and smoked pot together. Appleton allegedly had sex with at least one 15-year-old boy, but authorities are still looking for others.

Appleton is facing multiple charges of sexual misconduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

We hope if these horrible allegations are true, this woman will be kept away from children for the rest of her life.
