ZOMG!!! Buffy is back on the small screen!

Not to sass demons and slay vampires, sadly, but we'll take whatever Sarah Michelle Gellar we can get!!

Even Ringer… sigh.

Freddie Prinze Jr.'s prize blonde is actaully teaming up with funny-man Robin Williams for a new CBS sitcom!!

The network just picked up Crazy Ones, where SMG and the voice of the genie in Aladdin are a daughter/father duo that works at an advertising firm!!

We aren't sure whether this is the most HIGHlarious concept we've ever heard, but any chance to see Buffy back on TV is fine with us!

Something tell us BtVS co-star Alyson Hannigan — who recently ran over SMG with a three-ton bus — might not be invited over for a cameo!!

Hey CBS! You want talent? You got talent!

Not only is Matthew Broderick filming a comedy pilot for the network, but the fabulous and amazeballs Kristin Chenoweth is joining him!!

Unfortunately, it's a multicamera comedy — think sitcoms of the past — but those seem to work for that particular network. Matthew plays Jack, a recently widowed father raising his 12-year-old son who wants to start dating again. Kristin won't be his love interest, though! She has the other lead, Marnie, who is Jack's "cute" and "judgmental" waitress sister!

The hijinks! LOLz!

If it's good, it's good! Multicamera might not mean as much as we think! At least, we hope not!

WHOOP WHOOP!

Ryan Murphy — the mastermind behind some of our FAVE shows on television AKA Glee, The New Normal, American Horror Story — has found a home for his provocative, sex-centric series Open on HBO!

Open focuses on five characters and their various sexual relationships.

Ryan recently shared:

"[Open is] an adult show that is very frank in its depiction of sex."

So… it's going to be similar to Girls?! LOLzz.

But in all seriousness, as much as we are THRILLED that Ryan is putting his many talents towards a new project, what about his other tv-babies?!

500 must be Glee's lucky number!!

In the midst of a rollercoaster ratings season, Glee was up 37 percent last night for its movie soundtrack-themed episode, which featured the 500th musical performance of the series.

However, American Idol didn't get the same kind of love from its fans.

The reality singing competition, in its 12th season, continued to take a nose dive in viewership, falling by 8 percent week-after-week.

Ouch.

Does this mean AI's reign might be coming to an end??!

Maybe Idol should take inspiration from Gleeksters and have an episode devoted movie tunes??! No one can resist some movie magic!
