Aubrey O’Day Will NOT Testify At Diddy's Trial - Here's Why!

Man, we really thought this was gonna be her moment!

Aubrey O’Day has hinted at her struggles with Diddy for years — so when fans saw she was on her way to NYC this week, they were convinced she’d finally be telling her story on the witness stand! The 55-year-old disgraced mogul is currently on trial for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.

The former Danity Kane member has been in the performer’s orbit since her young debut on MTV‘s Making The Band, but she revealed she won’t be making any sort of court house appearance. When pressed, the Damaged singer explained during the Friday episode of Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes‘ podcast:

“I’m not here to testify for the Diddy trial that I know of.”

The 41-year-old did reveal she was contacted in connection to the investigation, though:

“I was contacted by Homeland Security and I did have a meeting with Homeland Security.”

ICYMI, fans went wild this week when O’Day revealed she was in New York with the Instagram Story caption:

“Hey New York!!! Where y’all think I should head first?”

She added a weighing scale emoji, which is commonly associated with legal matters. People has also confirmed she will not testify as Aubrey has not been subpoenaed by the prosecution or the defense. Her former bandmate Dawn Richard took the stand on Friday and will continue her testimony in the coming week.
