Baby Squirrel Falls 75-Feet From Tree! But Don't Worry, He's Okay And His Cast Is Super Cute!

Baby squirrels are so disgustingly cute we have trouble looking directly at them.
So when we hear a baby squirrel fell out of a tree and hurt himself, we get suuuuper upset! And When we hear a baby squirrel fell 75-feet and broke its leg, we have to cry for a few hours.
But never fear, the baby is fine and has his leg is in a little cast and it’s so super cute!!
City Wildlife, a rehabilitation center for animals, saved the little baby and we wanna give all of them a big kiss.
They apparently deal with this a lot, saying:

“We get a lot of squirrels with bloody noses, which is a good indication that it has fallen. They start playing outside the nest at that point. The mom starts showing them what they can eat. Sometimes they might slip.”

Aww! Poor squirrels! We don’t want any squirrels to get hurt ever!
If you think the cast seems way too long, it’s because squirrel feet are normally bent at the knee.
We’re so glad this little cutie is okay and is on the road to recovery!
