Brooke Hogan is now engaged to Phil Costa, a player for the Dallas Cowboys! We’re excited for the duo, we just wish he had popped the question somewhere other than Las Vegas, the land of unromantic weddings! Ha!
Brooke even posted a photo of her proposal on Instagram — and we LOVE the look of shock on her face! She had the following to say about it:

“Happiest moment of my LIFE. I am marrying my best friend. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful.”
