According to the National Enquirer, Chaz Bono will die by 2015.
This is blatantly not true, and Chaz is rightfully pissed about it.
The article says that according to a doctor and expert, his weight combined with stress and his gender reassignment meds that it’ll lead to an early death. Early meaning by 2015.
So Chaz and his legal team sent a letter to the tabloid and told them to print a retraction:
“The salacious and inflammatory headline and article were crafted for the malicious purpose of discriminating against our client’s gender and sexual orientation. Further, the statements you attribute to Dr. Patrick Wanis and your depiction of him as a medical doctor specializing in transgender health issues are highly misleading and blatantly false.”
Not sure how you can get away with claims like that, and this is exactly why Chaz is demanding a retraction.
He deserves one, and beyond that — he’ll sue if he doesn’t get one!
