Cle Sloan Won't Testify Against Suge Knight For Running Him Over -- Judge Deems Witness 'Deceptive' To The Trial!

Earlier this year, it was reported that music exec Suge Knight was charged with attempted murder for running over a man outside of a burger stand.
Also injured from the incident was actor Cle ├óΓé¼╦£Bone’ Sloan who was crushed beneath the wheels of the music mogul’s pickup truck.
Even though the 45-year-old suffered two fractured ankles, torn ligaments, and head wounds, he is refusing to testify against Knight.

This week at the Los Angeles Superior Court, the End of Watch actor stated that he did not remember the specifics of the confrontation, where his friend Terry Carter was killed. Sloan said on the witness stand:

“I don’t want it to get misconstrued that I told on this man. I’m no snitch. I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison.”

Knight is accused of murdering Carter, as he was caught on camera running over both Carter and Sloan in January. They were all involved with the upcoming film Straight Outta Compton.
But Sloan denied that Knight attacked him in any form, and he doesn’t remember how he hit the ground. At one point, the actor refused to confirm that he recognized Knight in court!
In response, judge Ronald Coen deemed the witness as being “deceptive.” Knight’s attorney insists that his client was being ambushed that night and ran Carter and Sloan over by accident.
We’re not sure what to think about Sloan’s testimony. It seems like he’s trying way too hard to make sure he’s not responsible for Knight going to jail.
