Sometimes in life, there are things that just can’t be explained… like how a picture of a testicle resting on top of a pizza gets tweeted out and somehow gets a reply from the restaurant!
Over the weekend, a man decided to take to Twitter to share a picture of a pizza he allegedly ordered from Domino’s pizza — except there was a testicle resting upon it!
And it looked like it was still attached to a person…

The prankster, Ciaran Jarrett, took to the social media site to share his NSFW pic:

The silly pic actually got a reply from the restaurant! A social media customer service rep responded:
