15-Year-Old Survivor Emma Ann Miller Says MSU Is Still Billing Her For Larry Nassar Appointments Where She Was Sexually Assaulted

The brave 15-year-old addressed Judge Rosmarie Aquilina‘s court on Monday where she gave her powerful victim impact statement in the sentencing hearing against former USA Gymnastics doctor, Larry Nassar. She was so far the 95th survivor to speak, and the list continues.
Standing next to her mother, the athlete recalled years of monthly appointments with the child molester, where her continuous assault took place, even in the supply closet. She called out all of the institutions and individuals who had knowledge of Nassar’s disgusting behavior dating back to 1997, but did nothing.

Miller spoke with remarkable poise as she revealed Michigan State University is still billing her mom for her appointments with Nassar. She also said the last “treatment” was in August 2016, possibly making her the last child to be assaulted by the former physician before he was suspended by MSU.
