George Clooney is one lucky guy!
While some people never find their one true love, George was fortunate enough to snag his soulmate in Amal Clooney… even if it took a tad longer then he anticipated at age 52. The Clooneys later in life romance is a perfect example of how good things come to those who wait!

Speaking to Esquire Magazine about his happy turn of fate, the actor gushed:
“I’ve never been happier in a relationship by any stretch of the imagination. At 52 I found the love of my life and I’m really happy.”
Well, considering the pair are both dedicated to global issues and often attend fundraisers together, we bet their mutual interests help to make the union easy! Not to mention they both exude class and are exceptionally good looking — power couple alert!
To make their almost two year marriage even sweeter, Clooney confessed that his lady love is helping him to build a valuable legacy:
“Amal and I are working on things now that matter to us on a whole other level, in a whole other world. If there’s a legacy for me, it’s yet to be written.”
We’re glad to hear the 54-year-old is working towards something important… a super successful tequila business is great but not necessarily a valued legacy!
Congrats on finding the woman of your dreams, George… better late than never!
