So THAT’S the secret ingredient to her stuffing!
Giada De Laurentiis was working on Food Network’s annual Thanksgiving Live special when she suddenly confused her hand for a piece of celery and SLICED her index finger during a commercial break!
OUCHIES!
The celebrity chef was forced to immediately leave the show, and apparently the gash was so bad that she had to get several stitches on her itty bitty digit!
Luckily, Giada WAS able to save her finger and says aside from a little bit of throbbing, she’s mostly ok:
“I did get stitches├óΓé¼┬ªI got several stitches on this little teeny finger. The problem is I sliced into my nail bed. And I think that was the issue├óΓé¼┬ªand you know, I love my manicures!”
TRAGIC!
All joking aside, it looks like Giada is still in high spirits and it doesn’t sound like her Thanksgiving dinner is in jeopardy at all!
However, she MIGHT want to let somebody chop up the veggies for her this Thursday! LOLz!
