Healthy Choices Reduce Bad Behavior

Healthy Choices Reduce Bad Behavior

Appleton, Wisconson has seen what healthy food can do for their schools.
For the past 13 years, the school district in Appleton has been switching from processed foods to more healthier choices.
They removed soda from the vending machines and have incorporated salad and fruit bars instead of french fries for lunch choices.
You wouldn’t think there would be a connection, however since this change in the food choices there has been a significant drop in bad behaviors, from drop outs to students carrying weapons.
The schools no longer need police on their grounds!
Previous studies prove that reducing sugar and fat intake leads to higher IQ’s and improved grades in school. Also often decreasing the amount of vandalism, drug use and other problems.
Wow, how interesting! What do U think?!
