Hilary Duff isn’t about to let some strange, random man get away with photographing kids at a soccer game!
On Saturday afternoon, the former Lizzie McGuire star posted a video on her Instagram page showing her confronting a male photographer who was shooting pictures of children playing football in a park. The man, who did not even immediately identify himself as a paparazzi photographer, apparently did not know any of the children, bringing the creep factor up significantly…

The whole exchange was an interesting — and contentious — one from the very beginning. At one point, the Younger star saw the male photographer shooting pics of children in the park, and assumed him to be a paparazzi photog, as so many often are who follow her around.
But the man never identified himself by name, nor did he tell Duff what organization he was there shooting with or for, interestingly enough. When the actress confirms the man doesn’t know anybody on the team, and appears to be taking pictures without the children’s consent, she really loses it on him, saying at one point in the video (below):
“Who are you here with? Do you know any people on the team? Can you stop taking pictures of the kids please? It’s making me feel really uncomfortable. I’m not asking for your ID. I’m asking you to stop taking pictures of our 7-year-old children if you don’t know anyone that’s here. “I’m asking you human to human, as a mother, if you don’t know anyone here, can you please stop taking pictures of our children playing football this morning … These are 7-year-old children and you don’t have a child here. They’re our children and we would like to protect them.”
Yikes!!!! Talk about letting him have it!!

Damn! Go IN on that man, Hilary! She’s completely at her wit’s end with photographers and paparazzi members following her around for so long, and for good reason. And it appears now, he’s ready to go to battle for her own children, too!
