Next month, a new Hard Rock Hotel in Playa d’en Bossa promises to be one of the most luxurious resorts in the country, and their new restaurant, Sublimotion, is already creating quite a stir.
The high-end eatery is the brain child of chef Paco Roncero, who is setting out to create an “unparalleled gastro-sensory venture” that touches upon all of the senses so they don’t get jealous of your tastebuds!
So how much are you going to have to pay for this once-in-a-lifetime dining experience? Well, a standard 20-course meal will set you back about $2,000 per person!

If that’s not bad enough, you also might want to make a reservation WAY ahead of time, because this pricey place only seats about 12 guests at a time!
We love to treat ourselves to a nice meal just as much as the next person from time to time, but this is just a tad out of our price range! Maybe there’s an Olive Garden in the neighborhood we can hit up instead!
