Jared Fogle Awarded 180K From His Ex Business Partner & Child Pornography Accomplice

We hope Jared Fogle uses this chunk of change to pay back his victims.
According to legal docs, Jared just scored $180K from his ex business partner and child porn accomplice Russell Taylor. The two formerly worked together on the Jared Foundation, an anti-obesity campaign geared towards children.

As for why Fogle went after Russell for cash, apparently the scandalized figure lent him $190K to buy a house. While Taylor successfully made monthly payments, he ceased paying Jared in May of 2015.
Considering R.T. was arrested in April of 2015 for child porn and other heinous charges, it makes sense the payments stopped.
Luckily for Jared, a judge awarded him the remaining amount of the loan which means he could sell his ex business partner’s house to get the cash. It might be a controversial move since Russell was married with children at the time of his arrest.
While this might seem like a decent payday for J.F., he still has to pay a huge settlement to his victims. Not to mention he has a lawyer to pay in addition to other obligations.
Either way, it’s clear the former spokesperson is doing everything he can to make the best of his predicament — from attempts to getting his 15-year sentence reduced to lawsuits, Jared has been quite busy in prison.
